Derek and his family live in San Diego where they are part of the faith communities of Flood Church and spiritual development with Theodyssey. One of his greatest joys is being in nature either off the coast on a kayak, visiting national parks, or backpacking the American west. Together Derek and his wife, Alair, seek to develop and journey with young couples through the Olson DnA and give space for others to grow with the Oak Stone Project.
